RechargeNZ Limited is a New Zealand-owned and operated online retailer established in 2024.

We started RechargeNZ with a simple goal: make it easier for New Zealand customers to find the right replacement battery for their devices, with clear compatibility information, reliable products and real support when they need it.

Since launching, RechargeNZ has fulfilled more than 1,000 customer orders and continues to expand the products and services we offer.

How RechargeNZ Started

RechargeNZ grew from personal frustration.

Finding a reliable replacement battery for everyday devices such as stick vacuums and robot vacuums was often unnecessarily difficult. Product compatibility could be confusing, suitable replacements were difficult to identify, and customers could spend considerable time searching for the correct battery.

We believed there was a better way.

RechargeNZ was created to make specialist replacement batteries easier to find by combining a broad product range with detailed compatibility information and customer support.

Our Battery Business

Replacement batteries remain at the heart of RechargeNZ.

We specialise in batteries for thousands of devices across categories including vacuum cleaners, power tools, two-way radios, speakers, cameras, laptops, medical equipment and other specialist applications.

Our primary battery manufacturing partner is Cameron Sino, an established specialist manufacturer producing replacement batteries for a wide range of consumer, commercial and specialist equipment.

Our focus is straightforward: help customers identify the correct battery and extend the useful life of equipment they already own.

Expanding Into Electric Mobility

The way people move is changing.

Electric bikes, electric dirt bikes and other forms of electric mobility are becoming an increasingly important part of transport and recreation in New Zealand.

For RechargeNZ, electric mobility is a natural extension of our experience with batteries, power systems, importing and e-commerce.

We are expanding into a carefully selected range of electric mobility products with a focus on product selection, after-sales support, spare-parts availability and long-term customer relationships.

Selected Mobility products will be held in New Zealand for local dispatch, while other models may be available by pre-order or special order. Product availability and expected fulfilment will be clearly shown before purchase.
